Shipping

Toolboks currently ships within Norway only. International shipping to Europe will be added at a later stage, and any future shipping regions, duties, taxes, and delivery terms will be stated clearly before purchase.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Unless another delivery period has been expressly agreed, orders are generally delivered within 30 days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, labour disputes, customs processing, or other transport disruption. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order; if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, we may ask you to pay the cost of re-shipment before sending it again.

All prices are stated in NOK. ALM Creative AS is not currently registered for Norwegian VAT, so prices are shown without Norwegian VAT unless otherwise stated.

Returns

If you are a consumer purchasing online from within Norway or another EEA country, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. For goods, the 14-day period starts on the day after you, or a person you designate, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email hi@toolboks.space before the withdrawal period expires and state clearly that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You may use the following wording: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my purchase of the following goods: [product name], ordered on [date], received on [date], order number [number], customer name [name], customer email [email].”

If you withdraw from the purchase, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You may inspect the goods in the same way you would in a physical shop, but you may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal, provided this has been stated before purchase. We recommend returning goods in protective packaging and keeping proof of postage. Clear return pages should explain who pays return shipping, how to package the return, and how the return process works step by step.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order within a reasonable time after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hi@toolboks.space as soon as possible with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the issue so the matter can be assessed quickly.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. Where required by applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

If you validly withdraw from the purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving notice of withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

Non-returnable items

At present, Toolboks products are not personalised or custom-made, so the usual right of withdrawal applies unless stated otherwise in the product description for a future product. If any future product is excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law, this will be stated clearly before purchase.
